I’m Ananjay,

I currently work as a Senior IT Administrator, handling IT Security, IT Operations, Asset management and End-user support at Diagnal Technologies.

Over the past four years, I have developed a strong foundation in IT operations, maintaining reliable systems and supporting users while increasingly integrating cybersecurity into everyday operations. What began as part of my operational responsibilities has evolved into a focused effort to strengthen security practices while maintaining stable, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the environments I manage. With a deep understanding of the IT ecosystem, I aim to improve defenses, resilience, and long-term operational stability.

IT Administrator → Senior IT Administrator [ Organisation Wide ]

  • Security & Awareness: Conducted security audits and executed company-wide security awareness programs, compliance assessments including simulated phishing campaigns, to strengthen Cybersecurity posture.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Managed IT asset lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to disposal and auditing of 400+ assets.
  • Networking & Infrastructure: Administered and troubleshot corporate networking infrastructure, FortiGate firewall configuration, Forticlient VPN, Filtering and policy management. Optimized the setup to handle large-scale QA operations, ensuring efficient performance under high asset and bandwidth demands.
  • End-user Support: Provided end-user IT support, maintained a knowledge base, and ensured minimal downtime through timely issue resolution.
  • SaaS Admin & Licensing: Handled SaaS application administration - GWS, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Timetracker, Notion, ITAM, user onboarding/offboarding and license management.
  • Logistics & Cross-team Ops: Managed organization-wide logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Collaborated closely with the Finance team on IT and Office Operations to maintain cost efficiency and budget control.
  • Policy & Compliance: Contributed to IT policies and procedures, and assisted in preparation for ISO 27001 compliance.

IBM India Pvt. Ltd. & Kyndryl India Pvt. Ltd. -- 2021 - 2022

SCCM Administrator ( Project - Ma’aden Saudi Arabian Mining Co. )

  • SCCM Administration & Software Deployment: Packaged, tested, and deployed applications across 5,000+ endpoints using Microsoft SCCM, ensuring minimal downtime and version compliance.
  • Patch Management & Compliance Reporting: Managed monthly Windows patching cycles, monitored compliance dashboards, and reported remediation status to leadership.
  • L3 Technical Support & RCA: Handled escalated incidents, performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provided permanent fixes to reduce repeat issues.
  • Service Delivery & SLA Management: Oversaw ticket triaging, enforced SLA adherence, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for faster resolution.
  • Active Directory & Release Management: Executed AD user/group management, conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Pilot rollouts, and coordinated production releases.

Reflection : Starting my career at IBM as a fresher was both challenging and rewarding. I was entrusted with responsibilities beyond my experience (Day 1 as SME role), and I did my best to rise to the occasion. I owe much of my growth to a supportive manager who believed in me and a senior colleague whose guidance I still value deeply.
